about

I wrote this about where a lot of us get caught up in life and not staying focused on God. I know this effects everyone, everyday things get in the way and sometimes they just keep getting bigger and bigger until all we see is the problem and not the solution which is God.

lyrics

Here I am right back where I began. Fighting the same old demons, and some new ones have been thrown in.
I lost focus, and I lost hope. I forgot what I am. I'm on the edge of blowing all the work that you began.
I know I need to keep my eyes on the prize, focus on the win. But lately I've been beat down so much, that my sight has become dim.
You know what I've done, You know where I've been. Even knowing all of that, You love me once again.

I don't know what I'm doing, and I hate where I've been. I'm sick of all the anger, just want to begin again.
I know I can't do it all alone. You are always there for me. I can't allow my pride to keep me off my knees.
I love You Lord and I know that, that You love me. I thank You Father for letting me, letting me, be me.

I'm sorry Father for the things that I've done. I'll try to be a better son.
I'll continue to have faith in You, just as You have faith in me.
I love You Lord, and I know that You love me.
I love You Lord, and I know that You love me.
Again Lord I love You, just as You love me.
